in-home or at our gym location: Bush/Polk St. Customized programs for each individual's goals. Strength & Conditioning (MMA or sports specific) for competitive athletes & Kickboxing/Boxing Mitts/Pad work sessions also available. 1:1 or Private Group Training available.

Reduce muscular dysfunction, correct muscle imbalances, avoid injuries, move and feel better. Post PT rehab work to bring the body back to where it needs to be.
